Through gentle full-body activation, you’ll move through a sequence that invites awareness to every part of yourself from toes to crown.

This is not about performance or intensity. It’s about awakening the body, slowing the mind, and anchoring into the present moment through intentional movement, breath, and awareness.

 With each breath, each transition, you are guided into deeper presence.
