This Meditative Movement™ sequence invites you into fluid, intentional movement that activates the hips, pelvis, and spine increasing range of motion and creating flow where there was once rigidness.

 Many of us carry stored tension, emotion, and stress in the hips, pelvis, and lower back  and over time, this can limit our movement, restrict our breath, cause pain, and disconnect us from our bodies.

I've lived with tension in these areas much of my life. This sequence helped me unwind what years of stretching couldn’t by replacing force with flow, and pressure with fluidity.
