Unlike traditional stretching, which often pulls the body beyond its edge and triggers a protective response in the nervous system, this method works by:
• Creating intentional strength in a safe and natural range of motion

Mobility vs. Flexibility
 • Flexibility is passive.  Flexibility can be forced and often leads to soreness or even tightness as the body contracts in response to being overstretched.
 • Mobility is active. Mobility is the expression of strength within range, making it sustainable, efficient, and deeply embodied.
